We encourage you to apply early, because as we get closer to the event there will be fewer panelist and performance slots available. No performer forms will be accepted after February 28, 2026, unless specifically requested by Chris or Angela Seckinger for the 2026 convention.

Please note:

• • Completion of this form does not guarantee a slot for you or your group at the event.
  • If you are an author doing panels and are hoping to sell your books or other items at the event, please ALSO apply for a table on our vendor application. We have fewer tables than there are people who want them, so please apply for a table as soon as possible.

• • All Panelist, Workshop, and Performance Acts will be reviewed, and you will be notified as to your status for the event about 4-6 weeks before the event.
  • If you need more than 4-6 weeks notice, please contact us directly to discuss further.

Please note:

• • This application is for Panelists and Performance Acts which include, but are not limited to, panel idea submissions, requests to join other panelists’ panels, musicians/bands, DJ’s, magicians, balloon artists, gameshows, animal encounters, kids’ entertainment, burlesque, role-playing skits, theater, comedy, etc.

• • Only one panel or act per application submission, please, but you may certainly submit multiple applications. 
  • 3 panel blocks of time qualifies for a complimentary membership badge to Stellar Fest
